An enforcement docket is prepared daily of the 7 days for all defendants who happen to be sentenced to provide time in jail commencing on a particular day. When the defendant fails to appear with the jail on that day, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office notifies the Clerk's Business office. The court file is then taken towards the sentencing decid
